I barely turned 18 and it feels weird to me. I have all these hormones that are going through my body that i have never felt before and it feel weird. since i titled this 18, i'll give you 18 reasons why being 18 feels good.
1. You are able to vote whoop dit do who cares lol. i shouldn't even say who cares because back in the day women weren't even allowed to vote and they had to fight for their right to vote even when the men didn't want them to and men thought women were stupid and should only be in the kitchen cooking and staying home and having babies.
2.You finally get to go to the doctors and get to sign your own papers without your parents there treating you like a baby telling you what to do.oh yeah did i mention the confidential clause where doctors are not allowed to release your medical reports to your parents without your permission. tight right lol.
3.You are able to get married without your parents consent in Missouri if you want to. lol
4.You finally get to open up your own credit card account and run up as much debts as you want to and end up having to owe the irs money if you aren't careful :)
5.You get to sign contracts on your own, buy a car and rent an apartment without your parents consent yayayaya :)
6.You can enlist in the army> scary place to go to.
7. You get to buy drugs. well i dont understand why the age limit to buy drugs is 18 and to drink is 21? they might as well make them the same age cause both of them is bad.
8. you get a license without having to go through all the drivers ed classes >omg so boring lol
9.You get to work with out your parents permission isnt that awesome
10.you finally get to have sex with someone who is older. plus you get to get birth control and plan b without their permission
11.you can sue mean people in court > me likey this one hehhe
12.you can choose whether or not you want to drop out of school.
13.you can go to clubs without fake ids
14. You can move out
15. you are mature
16. you can watch pornos lmao
17.you can travel without any parents.
18. last but not least> you can buy and go places where 18 year old can go :)
